About Many Moods
Many Moods Counselling was created to offer an affirming, culturally responsive space where individuals and families can explore their experiences with care, curiosity, and compassion. We recognize that people carry complex stories shaped by culture, relationships, identity, and life transitions — and those complexities deserve to be honoured in the therapeutic process.
Meet Tamue Clarke, RCT
Founder & Registered Counselling Therapist

Welcome — my name is Tamue Clarke, and I am a Registered Counselling Therapist and the founder of Many Moods Counselling. My path into counselling has been shaped by a range of personal and professional experiences across multiple roles, cultures, and life transitions.
As a cisgender woman and immigrant, I bring a deep awareness of how identity, culture, and lived experience can influence mental health. With over ten years of experience in education and mental health–adjacent roles, I am passionate about supporting individuals and families from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds, with particular care for those within BIPOC communities.
I believe healing begins when your full story is seen and respected. Therapy is not about fitting into a single model—it’s about creating a space that reflects who you are and what you need to feel safe, understood, and supported.

How Sessions May Look
While traditional talk therapy is always available, sessions with me may look different depending on your comfort, needs, and goals. Therapy does not have to be confined to a chair. Together, we choose what feels most supportive - at your pace.

There is no single way to engage in therapy. The process adapts to you- not the other way around.
